Who's this girl

Erin is a creative and accomplished freelance hairstylist who has been in the industry for over a decade. Her training started in the heartland of Kansas with NAHA Award Winning Eric Fisher Academy, and extensive styling training with Aquage. Finally, progressing to Vidal Sassoon based Trio Salon Chicago in prestigious Gold Coast where she ended her career "behind the chair" and in 2010 moved into freelancing full-time!

Priding herself in paying zero for advertising, word of mouth has earned her the job as Lead Hairstylist for Groupon HD in Chicago and various clients like Joan Rivers, Nike, Pledge, Walgreens, CBS, NBC, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, CRANES, Chicago Museum of Contemporary Art, and Columbia College to name a few. More on the Runways for various designers, and published internationally in magazines such as Martha Stewart Weddings, The Knot and Indian Weddings Mag. Locally her press includes CS and CS Bride, Chicago Magazine, and Splash.

As a hopeful romantic herself, Erin receives true joy connecting with brides as an important part of their big day! She is honored to participate in over 60 weddings a year all over the globe, with her work featured regularly online by the most popular bridal outlets such as The Knot, BRIDES Mag, and has been given the "little black book" stamp by Style Me Pretty.

Erin stays relevant in the industry by keeping herself involved in as much continued education as possible. Whether she’s teaching classes for Pass the Brush or taking classes herself, she’s always learning something new! Traveling all over the US to consult with salons and industry professionals has always gone hand in hand with her education.

All of which led her in February 2015, to become a founding artist for the LISA App. A high-tech startup aimed at filling the gaps in the beauty industry. Launched January 2016, Erin was honored to have been hand-picked to be one of 30 artists responsible for a successful “Think Tank” for, how to build an app that the artist really wants. It won the Chicago Innovation Award in 2018 and continues to be a huge success!
